Days Inn by Wyndham Waynesville NC

The breakfast was OK. They were not enough choices, but it was fair for the price. I really liked the view from my room. I liked that the room had a balcony. During the day, sunlight streamed into the room and I loved that. Also, the room was really clean, very clean. The furniture is not really new, but because it was so clean I really appreciated that. The room attendant was very nice and helpful. She did not speak much English, but I explained to her that the water in the sink was not draining properly. I wasn’t even sure she understood but I went out and came back and she had fixed it. I was very grateful for that.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The night counterwoman was nice and helpful. This was a good midpoint for our Great Smoky Mountain Railway Polar Express ride and the Biltmore Christmas tour. We would stay here again.

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, halls and parking lot were all clean. I had stayed there a year ago and they appear to have upgraded the rooms since then, the bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. I will definitely be back.
